Catering Terms and Conditions

1)              All prices are subject to change without notice.

                 (except for events of which a contract has been executed)

2)              A non- refundable security deposit is required to secure your event  date. 

                The deposit shall be applied against the total invoice of said event.

3)             Final number of guests is required 7 days prior to

   the contracted event date.

4)              A 15% service charge shall be added to all contracted events of  which service is required. (Gratuity)

5)              The final balance is due the day of the event.

6)              Final method of payment must be made by check, cash, or cashiers check.
